Pineapple Pomegranate
Fruity, tangy, exotic- this bar has a lot going on. Chewy chunks of real dried organic pineapple are complemented with apple-juice sweetened whole organic cranberries, walnuts, and crispy banana chips. Pomegranate molasses lends tart citrus back notes. Accented with strong vanilla notes. This bar is all about texture- every bite is different and exciting. Like all our bars, expect to be surprised by occasional salt bursts.
Coco-Mocha Crunch
A uniquely balanced bar that is subtle yet complex. Rich dark chocolate and fresh ground organic coffee beans are smoothed out by coconut cream. Custom roasted hazelnuts and creamy cashews are ground into our Coco Mocha Crunch or added flavor and nutty sweetness.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip
Our version of this all-American classic combination. We pair generous amounts of the highest quality rich dark chocolate chips with Valencia peanut butter (the most peanut-y of all varieties). Salt, cinnamon, and plenty of vanilla round out this winner. One of the most popular of our flavors.
Brownie Mint Chip
Our raw, unbaked “unbrownie” is a chocolate lovers dream! We blend 100% organic cocoa powder, almost too many chocolate chips, and delicate coconut oil into a fudge rich bar. Then we include lots of organic walnuts for crunch and texture. Cool peppermint extract and vanilla round out this decadent treat!
Chai Ginger Chocolate Chip
Our in-house custom chai spice blend is complemented by chewy candied organic ginger and our rich dark chocolate chips. This spicy-sweet bar has been a big hit on the Colorado trails!
Cherry Vanilla Macadamia
Wow! This bar raises the bar for both taste and texture. A Crystal River Organics exclusive offering. Premium organic sour cherries give way to the incomparable texture of chunks of macadamia nuts. Lots of vanilla, cardamom, and spicy sweet ginger add their contributions to make this a really satisfying taste treat.
